Public Facilities Strategy
This complex public-sector facilities strategy addressed systems integration for new state-of-the-art security and SCADA systems, Emergency Operations Center (EOC), organizational design and culture change, systems furniture strategies, communication planning, and public art integration through the “1% for Art” program while providing a creative LEED Silver re-use of this 1970s-vintage industrial-type facility. Completed in collaboration with Hewitt Architects, Krei Architecture, and the City of Seattle Fleets & Facilities Department.
