Strategic Retreat Planning
With new district leadership at the helm, the School-to-Work department found themselves seeking greater understanding and buy-in for their mission. We were brought in to help engage diverse stakeholders — department staff, district leadership, community, industry and academic leaders — in this conversation. Working closely with department leadership, we developed scenario-based activities that explored a range of programmatic strategies and their associated outcomes for students. Results were synthesized into a narrative report and used as a guide for prioritizing and developing district-wide programming.
