In collaboration with ClearPath Real Estate, we gave form and substance to a dream long held within a small group of local Latino businessmen. Local demographic, economic, and cultural research led us to create a core concept and supporting narrative for this unique mixed-use real estate development. The final deliverable helped engage core team members in the project and became the springboard for the development of a business investment strategy.
