Research and Program Strategy

How do you provide greater public access to shared cultural assets in a digital world? 4Culture, King County’s cultural services agency, engaged Cultural Entrepreneurs to research and advise on new GIS, mobile and social technologies that could be applied to their public art programming initiatives. As part of the process, we are identifying dynamic partners, sponsors, and supporters for the cell phone tour and interactive mapping pilot programs.
