Genevieve was part of a UW Commercial Real Estate Dev team that created an ambitious Real Estate Strategy and Analysis for a Mixed Use Redevelopment. Proposed for the newly rezoned Bel-Red Corridor, the 132,000 sf development providing workforce housing, flexible office space, retail and cultural amenities, is closely aligned with City’s vision and is targeted toward digital creatives working the growing fields of interactive media technology. The BRINC team met with local residents and business leaders, City of Bellevue planning and economic development officials and local arts leaders to help draft a market-driven yet culturally rich real estate plan.
