Celeste is a design strategist, planner, and
storyteller who consistently lands in the middle
of “big, hairy, audacious” projects.
Since co-founding Cultural Entrepreneurs in 2001,
she has focused on cultural research, organizational
narratives, and innovation planning for workplace
strategy, facilities design, K12 education, and
consumer-focused healthcare.
Celeste has held leadership roles on large and
complex interdisciplinary projects where she has
been responsible for the successful design and development of over three million square feet of
workplace environments, textile and furnishings
products, interactive media strategies, and
communication plans.
She has a Masters in Design (Strategic Design
Planning)
from the Institute of Design, Illinois
Institute of
Technology, a BA from Michigan State
University, and is a 2001 Leadership Tomorrow
alumnus.
